Yes, we do require a contract as there are some setup costs involved. The contract can be terminated at any point after 90 days with a 30 day notice period.

We start with a visit to your property with our interior designer and home stager. Once the interior transformation is complete, we schedule and arrange for professional photography. At that point, we will optimize your listing, add new photos and re-launch your listing.

The cleaning fees will be paid by your guets and will not be paid from your earnings.

Payments are sent at the following month, within 5 business days. Payments can be sent via direct deposit, e-transfer or PayPal.
