We will then optimize your listing to ensure that it reaches maximum exposure. Once your home is ready for guests, Premier Stays all-in-one management handles everyhting you need going forward.

Properties that are hosted with Premier Stays see rental rates as high as 59% compared to the market average. Every listing is different and it will depend on things like location, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, etc.

The cleaning fees are paid by your guests. We will arrange each cleaning and the cleaning fee on your listing will go directly to the cleaners.

Our service fee is 20%, which includes all of our services, with no additional hidden costs.

Absolutely not! We only get paid if you get paid, making it a true partnership.

The city of Toronto describes a short term rental as a property that is rented for a period of less than 28 consecutive nights.

No! We can help you furnish your property. Our professional interior design and home staging team can help you furnish your property. We have access to a large warehouse of furniture, as well as trade accounts for furniture stores across the city.

You will be paid monthly, within the first 5 days of the month. Payments can be sent via bank transfer, e-transfer or PayPal. 

You will receive in-depth reporting available in real-time. You will always have access to your account so you can see your property is performing.

Yes, someone will always be nearby to help with anything required.

Yes. All clients are required to sign a contract with Premier Stays. All contracts can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice.

We will screen each guest and visit the property after the guest checks out to ensure that the home is left in good condition.
